St. Germain kept their promise

Perhaps, you won't believe it but I wanted to share it with you anyway.

In a youtube video I watched, St Germain (spiritual beings channeled by Ashamarae) promised that they will reveal themselves within 3 days to whoever hears that message. Still a skeptic, I kind of shrugged it off.

At the end of the second day, before going to bed, I told myself 'oh, well... as I thought'. At 4 AM that night strangely I was wide awake. I wanted to go back to sleep for obvious reasons. I would normally do Zpoint or something similar but somehow I decided to do deep breathing. About 20 minutes passed. I was fully aware but my eyes were closed. I saw a vision of an orange ball coming down from the sky. I was watching with interest because my spiritual guides come in differently. I saw some movements inside the ball and asked myself 'Who is this?' and amazingly the answer came from them:

We are St Germains

Wow! I could not believe myself. They gave me a warm hug. Until this point I was fully aware. After this, I felt healing energy coming into me and fell asleep.

A week has passed since this incident. I still feel them around me whenever I need some pep up. I hear them saying, "We are here, beloved. We are not going anywhere' in such a deep loving voice...

I really feel blessed experiencing such a miracle.

I do not remember which particular video it was. But it was one from the following channel:

Hope you too can experience this miracle...

Simple technique

It has been a long time since I posted here...
I have been listening to a lot of spiritual lectures and learning... I was also working with an EFT practitioner to heal some of my issues... interesting journey and wonderful results. He taught me a very simple technique to clear energies that are stuck in our body. When I first heard about it, it really felt silly and did not think that it would ever work. But it did and does all the time...

Thought of sharing it here...

Whenever you feel a negative energy rising in you (anger, sadness, frustration etc.), observe if there is any associated physical sensation in your body. Most of the time there will be a constricted or depleted feeling in certain parts of your body. Look at the sensation and say (either aloud or in your mind) the following statements:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you

Give it a try... what have you got to lose?

What is abundance?

What is abundance?
Like many of us I I used to always relate abundance to material possessions. I worked my soul off to become financially independent so that I can pursue my other interests. I tried every technique I came across, every suggestion I heard from people. I felt so stuck and extremely frustrated as I did not even see a sign of that happening. In fact things went from bad to worse. I cursed myself and God for my sufferings and was extremely depressed.

Life kind of forced me to experience the worse. Within a few days, my perceptions changed completely. I started enjoying what I dreaded. Money or material possessions did not matter to me anymore because I was already experiencing the joy and excitement I always wanted. This threw me off the balance in a way because I got so confused about what I really wanted in life...
I looked back at my life and realized that my goal post had moved all the time. It seems like chasing my own shadow all thro' my journey. It struck me that when we relate our security to money, 'it is never enough' - ie. no amount of money can make us feel safe. We might think that 1 million $ will give us the safety we perceive but when we reach there, the amount will move to 1 billion or something like that...

Since I realized this, I have stopped chasing what I thought I desired. Instead, I now seek more insight, more understanding and more contentment. I feel that's where the real abundance is.
The revelation here for me is:Abundance is not what you have... but what you think you have :-)

Let there be Light...

Where there is light, there cannot be darkness. Whenever I need a little pepping up, I used to simply watch the slide show of the light pictures I regularly collect from the internet. This gives me the energy I need to shift my mood. While searching for new light pictures, I found the amazing picture gallery of Daniel B Holeman. I was so touched by the pictures and it felt like part of me was healed by the pure divinity oozing out of the pictures. I thought of sharing it here:

You may want to add it to your favourites to watch when you need an energy boost

choice statement

Conventional affirmations never worked for me as I am a born skeptic. When I say 'I am confident' when I am not in reality, a goblin inside me heckles and says "No, you are not".

But choice statement, a variation of affimations work wonders for me because it accepts and acknowledges the reality first. I learnt it from Dr.Patricia Carrington and thought of sharing it here. Even if affirmations work for you, try these choice statements. You might find surprisingly quicker results

Let us see what a choice statement is.

I like to see a Choice statement in 4 parts:

1) current status
2) Your declaration that you choose
3) Best possible outcome
4) mode of achieving (Optional)

Let us take an example. Jane is very nervous about her interview. She desparately needs a job. She is almost in a panic that all her funds are run out.

1) In the first part, she acknowledges the current status. It goes something like this:

My funds are run out and I am very nervous about my interview

2) In the second part, she simply declares that she chooses the outcome. So the 2nd part of the choice statement is:

I choose

3) The best possible outcome will be something like this:

Get a job that pays ...........$ OR Get a dream job (or add any adjective that makes you feel excited)

4) How does she want to do it?

By making this experience fun and joyful

Now, putting all the 4 parts together, she will get her choice statement:

Eventhough my funds are run out and I am very nervous about my interview, I choose to get my dream job by making this experience fun and joyful

Your choice statement should make you excited; make you beam and bubble. Add as many adjectives as you like, include as many words that bring you joy.

Dr. Carrington suggests 'I choose to feel calm & confident' as a general statement that suits any situation. You can use this when you do not know what the best possible outcome is. You can formulate your own statement as well. My general statement is:

I choose to dance with the universe and lead a joyful life

For me, dancing brings a lot of joy and universe means the ultimate power. Dancing with the ultimate power!!! Wow, what else I can choose?

PS: If you need any help with formulating your choice statement, write to me

moola mantra mp3 download

I am hearing a lot about the significance of moolamantra. I am not even going to try writing about it. I leave it to you to find out if interested

But I stongly recommend you to downlond the moolamantra by Uma Mohan from the following link:

http://www.onenessmovementflorida.org/Srimurthi.htm

It blew me away completely - yes, the 'I' in myself vanished when I was listenting to this piece of music. For me, it does not matter whether it is a mantra, chanting or just a music - as far as it touches my heart, I choose to enjoy it irrespective of what I think/believe about it. This piece of music surely touched my soul.

Kudos to the creator!

Hope you enjoy it too!

What is enlightenment?

What is enlightenment?

I came across an interesting explanation on enlightenment. The video link is at the end of this post. However, I wanted to write my understanding here so that people who cannot watch the video could benefit out of reading this

Enlightenment is 'Liberation of senses from mind'. ie when you see/hear/smell etc, your mind always interfere and interpret what you see. When you hear a song, you just don't hear it - there is a comment from your mind 'what a lousy song' or 'what a lovely voice'.

Freeing the senses from the clutches of mind and sensing 'what really is' is enlightenment. We are designed to be that way and that is the reality. But we are far away from reality because we are under the control of our mind. When we free ourselves from the mind, then we experience true love and true joy. That's enlightement

This explanation is convincing for me... See the video for the first hand explanation:
